Accountants Cadetship & Graduate Programs

In line with Guild's values of Learning and Personal Best, Guild Accountants Cadetship and Graduate Programs are designed to facilitate the employment and training of Guild Accountants employees from an Undergraduate entry level to a qualification as a Chartered Accountant. This enables the group to have technically competent employees ready to step into new and vacant roles as they arise.

Once the employee has been accepted into either the Guild Accountants Cadetship or Graduate Program, Guild provides the employee with the following:

  • Flexible work arrangements to undertake their studies
  • Financial assistance for their course
  • Study, exam and graduation leave
  • A mentor within the business
  • Eligibility for Guild's incentive programs based on academic performance
  • Access to Guild Accountants facilities for group study sessions (upon agreement)

The terms and conditions outlined in the Cadetship and Graduate Programs are in addition to the standard employment terms and conditions of the Guild Group.
