Breastfeeding friendly workplace

We understand there can be challenges associated with returning to work after maternity leave so, to support this transition, The Group offers mothers the option of taking breaks as needed to breastfeed and express, as well as private, on-site breastfeeding and expressing facilities in all Guild and Meridian offices.

The Guild Group has been accredited as a Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace by the Australian Breastfeeding Association.  This accreditation recognises that The Group have created a supportive environment for breastfeeding mothers returning to work from maternity leave.

Our Wellness and Wellbeing program is currently being reviewed, so stay tuned for new initiatives.
