At Guild we listen to our employees and value their feedback. We conduct regular employee surveys which helps us to identify our strengths and opportunities for development from our employees' perspective.
The consistent high participation rates confirm that this is a valuable process and that employees are confident their voices are being heard. The real value of these surveys are realised through the business actions which take place as a result of the key findings from the survey.
Award-Winning People Management
The Guild Group has a history of supporting and looking after employees. Guild received the Australian Human Resources Institute Award for ‘Excellence in People Management' in 2003, 2006 and 2007. Since 2008, the Guild Group’s Human Resources Manager has been a member of the AHRI awards judging committee, which is testament to the high regard in which Guild Group is held. Her involvement now precludes us from entering the awards.
